At Fix My Broken Mind we have one mission: achieve a better life.

I understand the pain and discomfort that accompanies depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and other illnesses.

Being trapped in the negative cycle of these conditions is no way to live your life.

Thankfully, there is good news.

You can get well and, depending on how hard you are willing to work, you may be able to do it without medication.

It doesn’t involve me trying to sell you a $100 program which claims to be the only source of hope either.

This blog contains very personal accounts of my own trials and how I overcame them. It also contains strategies for you to implement into your own day to day life.

I am not a doctor or trained medical professional.

I am an average person, like you, who has been through some serious rough patches and overcome them through sheer effort and determination.

It has become my mission in life to  achieve rock solid mental stability and help others do the same.

No matter how far you feel from your sanity, there is something here for you.

If you have been dealing with anxiety for over a decade, we can still help. If life just has you feeling down and you can’t figure out why, we can help you too.

We can provide you with both a starting point and a light at the end of the tunnel.

We are not opposed to medication but we understand that sometimes there is more to the equation than a pill could fix.

So, if you want to take back your well being, I just need two things from you.

For anybody to benefit from this community, you will need an open mind to trying new things and you will need to take complete ownership of your life from here on out.

Your problems aren’t going to disappear by themselves. They may, however, disappear when you begin to fight back, like a bully who didn’t realize what he signed up for.

We are a continually learning and evolving community.

That means we are just as willing to accept suggestions as we are willing to give them out.
