As I continue to build this blog I naturally scan the internet for like minded bloggers and topics.
I have decided to compile a list of some of the best articles I read each month and feature them on this blog.
The truth is: I would have loved to write any of these articles myself but each author beat me to the punch.
These articles don’t necessarily relate to each other, but they will all stick to the main topics we cover here on this site such as: depression, anxiety, fatigue, and motivation.
In no particular order, here are some of my favorite articles I have read in the new year.

I found this post months ago and I have been looking for an appropriate place to share it ever since.
The amount I can relate to this article is insane and I feel like many of you will be in the same boat.
It is more vulgar than you may be used to reading on my site so just a note of caution.
I have always thought that my overactive mind is both a gift and a curse.
On one hand, when channeled into something productive such as my blog, I can get a lot of work done and strategically plan my next move all day long.
On the other hand, when my focus drifts, my mind can take me to many hostile places.
The thing is, I don’t have an off switch.
I lay in bed many nights with difficulty falling asleep because my mind won’t stop.
I easily lose concentration while listening to lectures or instructions because my mind begins to think about what it feels is important, not the task at hand.

This is an enormous article you may wish to devour over multiple sittings.
This article is absolutely stuffed with high quality information that you absolutely need to read if you deal with stress frequently in your life.
The writing at SkilledAtLife.com is also of extremely high quality and it is highly evident that the authors know what they are talking about.
I have been learning methods to control my stress levels for years now. There is still plenty of information within this article that was new to me.
Stress can be detrimental to both your mental and physical health and it is of utmost priority that you learn how to manage it.
This article is what I aim for my work to look like with practice.

Vincent is another excellent author and one whose blog I have particularly enjoyed reading lately.
His blog touches on topics very similar to that of this site.
Vincent writes with a highly motivational touch which can inspire almost any reader to take action.
I found this post particularly useful for readers on my site due to the highly beneficial nature of breathing for anxiety and other mood disorders.
I have yet to do any articles relating to breathing exercises and I doubt I could top the info provided by Vincent or provide any further value myself.
If you are interested in learning some breathing techniques to reduce your anxiety, or even just improve your overall efficiency, you can’t miss this article.

Magnesium has been an essential supplement in my toolkit for years now.
In my opinion, anyone who suffers from anxiety needs to be taking magnesium.
I was first introduced to magnesium oil a few years ago. It is believed that by applying an oil based magnesium to the skin it is more readily absorbed and utilized by your body.
The benefits I experienced while taking magnesium oil were great but, due to the amount of extra effort it took than popping a magnesium pill, I stopped using magnesium oil.
I stumbled across this article a few weeks ago describing how magnesium oil had dramatically reduced the authors pain.
As someone who has been injury prone for years and still fighting pain in certain areas of my body, I decided to try using magnesium on some of the areas I experience pain.

Peter goes into depth as to why each person on this planet is different.

This article is super brief but it packs one hell of a punch.
The actual quote intended for you to read could change your life if you took it and ran.
I personally found this article super motivational and thought provoking.
I highly recommend you read it.
