    Thanks Diego! It definitely took a fair amount of work. As for scientific studies I didn’t think they were necessary. Since they are mostly quick implements they are intended to be something you feel quick. Why provide a scientific study if you can take the tiny bit of effort to experience the benefit yourself?

Well done, Regan. The ebook felt very professional.

Although I had already gotten rid of anxiety and depression long before reading the book, there’s a lot of sound advice for guys, nay, people who suffer from all that.

Finding little things to feel happy about, changing one’s mindset and reframing bad things that have happened works. But I won’t spoil the book, just download it and see it yourself. 🙂

Never have I seen someone willing to give me money because he believes in his product (which he also offers for free) so much!
